Motor homes are
what we live for and rather than being content with simply
selling motor homes, Brownhills also offer a complete range
of after-sales facilities, all housed in a purpose-built
20,000 square feet building. As well as containing various
staff offices and the parts department, this new building
also houses an impressive dedicated motor homes workshop. In
total there are no fewer than 46 service bays specifically
for motor homes, 26 of which are housed in the new facility. |
 |
Separate buildings
contain the remaining Motor Homes service bays, with further
expansion planned to meet the growing demands of customers.
Brownhills offer a wide range of services for both the
mechanical and habitation aspects of motor homes, but also
planned is the development of an additional bodyshop facility.
This will offer a wide range of services, ranging from respray
work to accident repairs, and is expected to be up and running
by 2003.

The level of expertise
amongst the team of technicians in the Motor Homes service
department is without equal and many have come from
specialist fields specifically to work for Brownhills. The
Director of Aftersales is Jeremy Pearce, with Dean Hyde
heading up several dedicated aftersales departments. As well
as a Parts Department and an Accessory Shop, there are also
specialist departments catering for retail sales, LPG
fitments, mechanical work, and new and used Motor Homes
vehicle preparation. |
 |
These departments
contain individual specialists, such as LPG Motor Homes guru
John Ginn and auto electrical Motor Homes wizard Phil Creely to
name but a couple. When these specialists are not helping
prepare customer's vehicles they form part of the Brownhills
in-house research and development team, responsible for
developing new and innovative systems for motor homes.
